Our comprehensive array of products has helped us in widening our client base and thereby service a number of clients located in Kodagu, Uttara Kannada, Kaiga, Bangalore, Vishakapatnam, Mumbai, Mangalore, Trivandrum and Calicut. Most of the multi storied Buildings leading Hospitals and Educational Institutions in Mangalore and around are having our distribution Panels. We have also supplied different types of Automatic Relay Panels to H.P.C.L. for their Plants at Mangalore and Vaisac.
We also manufacture DRAWOUT TYPE MCC and have supplied to MRPL., Mangalore through M/S Gannon & Dunkerly & Co. Ltd. and the consultants for this work were M/S Toyo Engineering (India) Ltd. This could only be possible with better quality management using the components of reputed manufacturers and a vast experience of more than 24 years in this field and cordial relationship with the customers. We are also manufacturing 11KV Switching and Metering Panel and R.M.U. for which we have got the approval from KPTCL MESCOM. Our L.T. Panels have been successfully tested by CPRI Bangalore for a short circuit level of 50 KA for one minute and for temperature raise also. Our H.T Panel have been tested by CPRI Bangalore for short circuit, temperture raise and lightning impulse voltage withstand capacity. Our products have also been approved by CPRI, KPTCL and MESCOM, which further add credibility to our products as well as to the company's name. Our credentials are a result of our stringent quality checks at every level of production by our vigilant inspectors. They supervise every step and ensure that consistency is maintained at all times.
Our vast infrastructure comprises of a state-of-the-art production unit managed by a trained team. Our production unit encompasses a capacious shop floor that is replete with a modernized and completely computerized designing unit. We also have a sophisticated fabrication unit and finishing department that are fitted with latest equipment for facilitating designing and fabrication work. We make use of lathe machines for carrying out work in our production unit with the aid of other necessary equipment and instruments. Our spacious unit is manned by a highly qualified human resource that manages all production and fabrication activities with perfection. We also have a well oiled marketing division and a service back-up facility that enables us to cater to clients spread across southern India.

Our top-of-the-line products like switch gears offer a higher level functional advantages, increased performance level and economy. These switch gears are made from cold rolled steel sheet, its front and rear doors are fitted with neoprene gaskets and fasteners. Apart from these, we also manufacture bus bars that are made using highly conductive aluminium alloy, E91E that is of ISI 5082 specification & standards, which make sure that the operating temperatures are low. The supports of our bus bars are also designed so as to enable them to withstand electromagnetic stress that is caused by severe short circuits. Our HT and 3200Amp LT Panel has been tested and approved by CPRI, Bangalore on various parameters for raise in temperature, short circuits and lightning impulse voltage withstand test.
